Welcome! I'm the Certified Health Coach behind live healthy, live longer and your health should be your #1 priority! ​​

My uncle passed away in 2016 from colon cancer and it was very hard for me to deal with knowing that he loved life and he wasn't ready to pass. I wish that I could have been there for him way before he was diagnosed which is why I'm here today to help you prepare for a healthy retirement. 

We all should live a healthy lifestyle because what is the point of living a long life if you can't enjoy it, right? How are we supposed to enjoy life after retirement if we are constantly taking medication, seeing doctors, and worse yet, visiting the hospital? Taking care of ourselves now, before we start feeling deteritation, not only will make us feel better, physically and emotionally, but we also won’t have all those medical bills to pay. Nobody wants that and why would you?

Unfortunately, many of our family and friends don't get the opportunity to enjoy their retirement because they're not healthy. I'm in my early 40's, and I'm at a point in my life where I take my health seriously. I thought I ate healthy but it was the foods that I wasn't eating that my body needed.  The things I know now, I wish I knew ten years ago!!
